Today is our official 5-year anniversary!

It's been a slow crawl, but we haven't given up. In fact, we're picking up speed!

Every single year, I write something long-winded about how grateful I am. And I just want to tell you ahead of time that this year is no different. I would hope that with every year you keep your dreams alive that you are over-the-moon grateful as well.

5 Years in Retrospect

The first 3 years were the toughest. It wasn't so much that I was in it alone but that I really had to believe in it to keep it going. I wasn't selling very much, and I had to organically grow a following. It's hard to make a name for yourself when you don't know where or how to start.

But then things started to pick up. My friend, Stephanie, put us up in her shop, Inkling. My friends in Dot Dot Dot wore my designs on stage and at photo shoots. We got a couple write-ups in online publications, our friends at Vixen Productions made a fancy video for us, other bands came on board, we started selling at festivals, we collab'd with Brooklyn Brewery, we won Battle of the Tees!

I Get By with a Little Help From My Friends

If you've been keeping up with us at all, you would know how important it is for us to be grateful for those around us. From musicians, to actors, performers, craftsmen, designers, photographers, and countless others who simply support what we do, that is the only way we made it to 5.

Our crew runs deep, and I am continually inspired by everything they do. So, I strongly suggest that whatever it is that you decide to do with your life, you surround yourself by those who push you to be your best. Meeting people in different industries is an eye-opener. All art and types of businesses are stepping stones in the learning process. Don't cut yourself short.

Thank You

Thank YOU for making all of this possible. Things are only going to get better. We're always looking up. And your support, in every which way, is what keeps us going. Big interweb hugs to you!
